What We Do

The Moore Charitable Foundation supports the permanent protection of scenic, historic, and natural landscapes for public recreation, species survival, and for the livelihoods of surrounding communities. We advocate for forest health practices that champion biodiversity, build resilience from fire and floods, and ensure the integrity of water resources. We collaborate with water guardians and coastal restoration & ocean partners to stop pollution, drive sustainable fisheries and economies, and safeguard marine species and protected areas. Finally, we partner with local organizations that provide critical community services and that foster our future generation conservation and community stewards.
