The Taos, New Mexico, region has been hit hard by the 341,000-acre Calf Canyon-Hermits Peak Fire — the largest wildfire in New Mexico history.

 

With thousands of people displaced and hundreds of buildings harmed or destroyed, the Taos Community Foundation launched an Emergency Action Fund to help those affected by the wildfires, and The Taos Ski Valley Foundation, the local affiliate of The Moore Charitable Foundation, supported the Fund with a leadership donation.
